3d Printed Deer Lamp

Hi All,

In this blog, I will share, how to recycle a beer bottle and make a lamp

This is a simple lamp, we do not have any complex circuits or soldering.. anyone with access to a 3d printer can make it.

Supplies

• Beer bottle ( any brand any color) 330ml
• 3d Printer
• 20 LED string lights for bottles

Step 1: Preparing Glass Bottle 

• Wash the beer bottle inside and outside
• Soak the bottle for 1 hr in warm water
• Remove/peel the labels
• Let it dry for a few hours

Step 2: 3d Printing

• I have designed this model in Freecad
• Files are available for downloading at the link
• 3d Printing settings
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 10%
• Support: None
• You may have to lay the files flat on the print bed

Step 3: Assembly

• The parts fit each other like a jigsaw puzzle
• Put the LED string light inside the bottle
  
• Place the bottle on the 3d printed deer body as shown
• Switch on and we are done
